Our team developed a comprehensive Public Relations Measurement course for Rutgers University, designed to equip communication professionals with the skills to assess and demonstrate the value of strategic communication. The course integrated foundational theory with practical application, covering key measurement models, goal-setting frameworks, data collection methods, and advanced analytics. We created interactive modules, case studies, and hands-on exercises that enabled students to design, implement, and evaluate measurement programs in real-world scenarios. The curriculum emphasized aligning communication outcomes with organizational objectives, ensuring participants gained both academic insight and practical tools to advance their careers and elevate the practice of PR measurement.
Our team designed and implemented a comprehensive communication measurement program to monitor and evaluate the public impact of the United States Space Force brand. The program established clear objectives tied to awareness, credibility, and trust, and employed both qualitative and quantitative methodologies, including media monitoring, sentiment analysis, public opinion surveys, and digital engagement tracking. We developed customized dashboards and reporting tools to provide Aerospace leadership with real-time insights into brand perception and message effectiveness. This data-driven approach enabled continuous refinement of communication strategies, ensuring the Space Force brand maintained alignment with national security priorities while strengthening its connection with the American public.

We created compelling content highlighting the technological sophistication and strategic importance of the facilities, while also showcasing their role in advancing U.S. leadership in space. Measurement and evaluation were built into the plan to track media coverage, public sentiment, and engagement levels, ensuring continuous refinement and measurable impact.
