Brand Strategist

Mike Daily has been in the communications profession for almost four decades. For the past 29 years, Mike has counseled senior-level leaders and executives and helped establish numerous branding stakeholder management and engagement programs for both government and non-government organization space programs; and is considered a subject matter expert in the areas of brand design, planning, execution, strategy and management, stakeholder relations engagement and management, change management communications, operational planning and employment of strategic communications, and communication measurement, analysis, and effects assessment.
Mike is the author of numerous professional articles, lectures and educational workshops related to brand strategy development and strategic communications planning, research, management, and measurement.
In his free time Mike serves as an Accreditation in Public Relations (APR) instructor, facilitator, and mentor. His professional designations include Accreditation in Public Relations (APR) and International Communication Measurement and Evaluation (AMEC-ICME).
Mike is a 1976 graduate of the US Naval Academy and holds Masters’ Degrees from the University of Southern California and National University; as well as a graduate of the Department of Defense Information School. Mike is also a retired Marine Corps Colonel, Public Affairs Officer.

Mr. Almond is a strategic branding analyst known for his ability to uncover the deeper narratives that drive brand perception and consumer loyalty. With a keen understanding of market dynamics and cultural context, he specializes in evaluating how visual identity, messaging, and heritage elements shape brand equity. His work blends data-driven insight with creative intuition to help organizations strengthen authenticity, reposition effectively, and connect with modern audiences without sacrificing their core values.
Mr. Almond holds a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration, an MBA with a specialization in Project Management, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Mr. Almond is currently a Doctoral Candidate researching the effects of communicating corporate branding changes to customers and the challenges of making brand strategy changes in medium and large corporations.
